Easy asparagus

bunch of asparagus
parmegino-reggiano
olive oil
salt and pepper

Trim tough ends off asparagus. Spread thin layer of olive oil on baking sheet, add asparagus and top with the cheese (freshy shredded) ans salt and pepper to taste.
Place under broiler until slightly soft (about 8 minutes).
ENJOY!

Let me get this straight...a few days ago you had no blogs and now you have 2? You are so fun. I did the same thing, but not in a useful cooking way, my other one is a completely useless haiku site! I am so glad you are doing the recipe thing since I am so clueless in that area!

Yeah-I just think this will be alot of fun and it will encourage me to be a little more creative.
